At Aeliya Marine Tech, we prioritize your satisfaction with our maritime electronics and industrial automation equipment. If your purchase does not meet your technical requirements, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and technical details of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the electronic component in its original anti-static packaging and protective cushioning to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Dispatch Shipment

  Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the box and ship the package via a trackable carrier to our central inspection facility.

• 4.
  Technical Inspection

  Our engineers will verify the unit's serial number and functional condition, after which your refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days.
